Shipping Policy
Order processing:
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. If your order is currently in stock, you can expect an email within 3–7 business days to let you know your order is on the way. If your item is currently in pre-order, please see the FAQ on the specific item page for current shipping timelines.
For orders placed on our homeschooling webpage or through schools, purchase orders, charter programs, and educational grant funding, shipping costs are typically included in the displayed offer price. No additional shipping charges will be applied unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Shipments within the US typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of dispatch.
International shipping:
We offer international shipping to a wide array of countries that you can choose from at the checkout. If your country is not listed, please reach out to us at support@inqfactory.com so we can look into this.

General practice:
When your item ships, an email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. The tracking number for your order will also be displayed in the “Shipments” section of your user profile, which is automatically generated when you place an order. You can log in to your user profile via the “Login” button in the upper right hand corner of this page.
Please monitor the tracking link that you receive and reach out to our support team at support@inqfactory.com in case of any issues so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Most carriers limit tracking to 60 to 120 days from the date of shipment, after which the tracking link may stop functioning. If you notice that your tracking link is not showing updates for 14 days or more, please do not wait to reach out, as we will be unable to assist you once the tracking number has stopped working.
