Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@inqfactory.com with a photo of the item you’d like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for any orders, unless there is a defect in the item you received.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us at support@inqfactory.com within 14 days of reception if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Please include a photo of the damage or defect in your note to our support team.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We are not able to accept returns for T-shirts. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please be in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Purchases made through schools, institutional programs, purchase orders, educational funding, or third-party grants are non-returnable and non-refundable. These orders are also not eligible for exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items are eligible for replacement if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an order for the same item, please send us an email at support@inqfactory.com for further instructions. Please include a picture of your damaged or defective product in your email.

Items purchased through schools, purchase orders, or grant-funded programs are not eligible for replacement or exchange unless required by applicable law.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

In line with the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for any orders, unless there is a defect in the item you received.

Refund Policy

Standalone item purchases

Refunds are available for standalone merchandise returned per our Return Policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return as outlined in the Return Policy will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for your item, unless there is a defect in the item you received.

Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@inqfactory.com

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To cancel an order that has been placed but not yet shipped, please contact us at support@inqfactory.com for assistance. Refunds for cancelled unshipped orders will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Orders placed via schools, purchase orders, or any form of educational grant funding are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Subscription purchases

If you wish to cancel future subscription renewals, you can accomplish this via your user profile on the website. Any subscriptions debited prior to cancellation will be processed as normal. All subscription sales are final. If requesting to cancel your subscription after you have been billed, we can cancel any future re-billings; however, we cannot cancel and refund processed subscription charges.
